Ingredients: 1 onion, chopped; ½ cup bell pepper (green, red & yellow); ¼ cup boiled broccoli; 3 -4 button mushrooms, chopped; ¼ cup diced panir; ½ teaspoon black pepper; ½ teaspoon chili flakes; 1 cup shredded cheese; ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce; 1 teaspoon olive oil; ½ teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning; ¼ cup garlic spread; salt, as required; 2 baguette

1 onion, chopped
½ cup bell pepper (green, red & yellow)
¼ cup boiled broccoli
3 -4 button mushrooms, chopped
¼ cup diced panir
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup shredded cheese
¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning
¼ cup garlic spread
salt, as required

In a pan add oil & toss chopped mushrooms, broccoli & paneer.

Add required salt.

In a bowl mix onion, mixed bell peppers & required salt.

To this add the tossed veggies.

Add pepper powder, chilli flakes, Italian herbs & mix together.

Cut baguette into two.

Remove bread from the center to form a boat.

Apply garlic spread on the outside of baguette.

Apply chilli sauce inside of the boat.

Bake these for 10-12 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
