Bacon Wrapped Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Precook the bacon a little, just until a little browned but still pliable.

   Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

   Wrap each chicken breast with 2 pieces of the bacon and place in the casserole dish.

   In a small bowl, combine soup and sour cream until well blended and pour it over the chicken.

   Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

   This is wonderful served over your favorite pasta, with steamed broccoli and crusty French bread.
