1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. grated onion
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
sliced almonds (optional)

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.

Add shredded cheeses, onion, pickle relish, horseradish and seasonings; beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
