Preheat Oven to 350F

Open your biscuits and stretch them a bit, then fit into a muffin pan.

Push down your bottom and sides to the pan, making a cup and leaving room for your Brussels.

(Don't forget to grease your pan)

Microwave steam your Brussels.Add Bacon drippings to a skillet.

Then saute Brussels in drippings for about 8 minutes.

(Use salt and pepper if desired to season the Brussels)

Add your teaspoon of Pesto into the bottom of each biscuit

Distribute Brussels evenly and pop them into your biscuits.

Sprinkle Shredded Asiago on top of each biscuit.

Top with a teaspoon each of Cream Cheese.

(you can even spread the cream cheese inside the outer rim of the cup, I would do that next time) Then a few dabs of Sriracha on top.

Bake in oven until Biscuits are golden.
