Bacon & Mushrooms Chicken

   Put mushrooms in a small pan with a knob of butter, garlic and chopped parsley, keep a low heat

   Cut bacon into small cubes and put them in a second larger pan, cook until crunchy

   Cut chicken breast into stripes or small cubes and coat it in flour

4. 4

   Put chicken together with bacon, adding some butter if necessary, season with salt and pepper

   Simmer with white wine until evaporated

   Add mushroom in the same large pan with chicken and bacon and keep cooking until chicken is slightly brown
