2 10-inch flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter or oil
1 cup diced chicken
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
2 tsp diced onions
2 tsp diced canned jalapeno
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 sour cream
1 guacamole

heat large frying pan over medium heat.

spread half the butter on one side of each tortilla
