Place all the ingredients (except rolls, bacon and cheese) into a large mixing bowl and work it all together (using your hands is the best, and dont work it too much otherwise your burgers will be dense).

Using an indoor grill pan cook your burgers over medium high heat until your desired done-ness is reached (medium-well is ideal).
