Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet Meal

   Cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp. Remove from pan. Drain on paper towels

   Mix ground beef, ketchup and mustard in large bowl until well blended. Add ground beef mixture and onion to skillet. Cook and stir until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat

   Stir in Rice Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato; cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted
