Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef; 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs; 1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion; 1/4 cup ketchup; 2 teaspoons prepared mustard; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 3 slices bacon; 1 1/4 cups water; 3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter; 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (I use garlic powder though, and extra of it); 3/4 cup milk (skim is fine); 2 cups instant mashed potatoes; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided in half; 1 medium tomatoes, chopped; 2 green onions, sliced (or you can use white onion)
