Heat oven to 400F

Spray a 9-Inch glass pie plate with cooking spray

In a large skillet, brown beef and onion until beef is no longer pink drain off excess fat, mix in salt

Place 6 pieces of Bacon in skillet and cook.

Don't over cook, stop cooking approximately 3 mins before it's done to your liking.

When you put the pie into the oven it will continue to cook and get crispier.

Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese

Cut off bacon and place on top of cheese

In a small bowl, add Biskquick mix, Milk, and eggs.

Beat with a fork until all is mixed in.

Pour mix into pie plate

Cook about 30 minutes.

(Hint: To be sure it is cooked insert a knife in the middle of it if the knife comes out clean it's done)
