2 tablespoons mustard
2 eggs

½ cup salsa
15 ounces tomato sauce, divided
⅓ cup milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, onions and bread.

Add eggs, milk, mustard, salsa, and half the tomato sauce.

Press into a greased 9x13 pan, leaving an indent lengthwise in the center.

Quarter the block cheese, and arrange pieces to fit evenly in the indent.

Pull the sides of the meatloaf up to completely cover the cheese.
