1 ½ tablespoons light sour cream
⅓ cup gruyere cheese, grated
1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb turkey
cornmeal
4 -5 hamburger buns, toasted
1 leaf lettuce
avocado, slices
tomatoes, slices
