   Place hazelnuts in a mixer and mince them.

   In a bowl, place Nutella, minced hazelnuts and with your hands slowly crumble in the wafer. Using a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients together.

   Get your hands slightly wet and form small balls of the mixture. (Having some water on your hands will prevent the mixture from sticking to you.)

   In a double saucepan, melt the dark chocolate. Dump in your sweet balls and cover 'em up. Place them on a plate and let the chocolate dry. Serve!
