Ingredients: 2 chicken breast; 1/4 large onion, chopped; 1/2 large green pepper , chopped; 2 clove garlic, chopped; 1/2 jalapeno, chopped; 5 olives; 1/2 lime; 2 tbsp sofrito; 2 tbsp recaito; 1 envelope sazon; dash adobo; dash salt; dash black pepper

2 chicken breast
1/4 large onion, chopped
1/2 large green pepper , chopped
2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, chopped
5 olives
1/2 lime
2 tbsp sofrito
2 tbsp recaito
1 envelope sazon
dash adobo
dash salt
dash black pepper

Chop chicken up into bite size pieces.

Season chicken with salt, black pepper, adobo, sazon and lime juice

Add sofrito and recaito to pan and saute for 2 minutes.

Heat oil up in pan, add onion, green pepper, jalapeno, olives and garlic saute until soft.

Add chicken to pan and saute until chicken is done.
