Awesome Guacamole

   Cut avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out flesh, discarding skins.

   In a medium size bowl, mash the avocado to your liking.

   We love chunky!

   Grate lime zest into the mashed avocado.

   Squeeze lime and mix the juice in.

   Dice the tomato after cleaning out the seeds, leaving only the flesh.

   Add to the bowl along with finely diced onion and the minced garlic.

   Stir in.

   Add the Tabasco and salt to taste.

    We also love cilantro, so chop to your taste and mix in.

    I usually put in at least 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro.

    Cover with plastic wrap and press it down onto the guacamole till it touches the surface.

    This keeps it from turning brown, but this is meant to be eaten right away.

    Put in the fridge and let flavors mingle for approximately 1 hour.

    Serve with nachos or tortillas.
