Awesome Applesauce

   In a large pan use only enough water to cook apples until soft.

   Nearly all of the water should have boiled out. You will need to stir frequently so it won't stick.

   Add the rest of the ingredients and cook about 1 1/2 hours.

   Mash apples and pour into sterilized jars with hot boiled lids.

   If they seal, no need to refrigerator.

   If you prefer not to can the applesauce, you can put it in freezer containers.
