   Heat enough chile oil to cover the bottom of a small sauce pan.

   Sweat on medium-low heat slowly until onions are nearly caramelized.

   Add corn, sugar, bell pepper, avocado, and tomatoes.

   When corn is heated through, add cilantro and lime juice.
