Avocado seafood Cup – a delicious recipe with Avocados, shrimp, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, crab. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Start by cleaning and deveining shrimp now put to boil for about 6 minutes till shrimp are pink..

Put the whole pot into freezer to cool.. Don't throw stock away u will use later.

Now in a large bowl dice all incredients to your liking.

Mix well add your seasonings and lemon juice.

Now add in your cooled shrimp stock and shrimp.

Set in fridge for about 1 hour to chill

Now cut open your avocados carefully scoop out the inside and dice, do not break skin on avocado this will be your bowl.

Add diced avocado to seafood salad carefully mix, taste for seasonings.

Now serve into avocado bowl and top with more cilantro to garnish!
