Avocado And Goat Cheese On Toasted Bread

   Place the bread slices onto a grill or skillet.

   Toast the bread until both sides are golden brown.

   Place a piece of avocado on each slice of bread. Mash the avocado onto the bread with a fork and spread it out evenly.

   Add a piece of cheese on top of the avocado spread.

   Add a bit salsa or hot sauce onto the cheese, if desired.
