Servings: persons

3 lbs hamburger
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ cup diced onion (optional)
2 cups ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Mix all the meatball ingredients together & make into walnut size balls.

Place close together on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350* for 1 hour.

The last 15 minutes of baking drizzle some of the sauce on the balls.

Remove from oven and mix with remainig sauce in crock-pot.

Warm on low in crock-pot until served.

Sauce will thicken on meatballs.
