1 x Leek
1/2 lb Mushrooms
1 lb Chopped beef/lamb
1/2 ounce Butter
2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Tbsp. Tomato puree
1 pch Dry thyme Salt and pepper
1 ounce Cheddar cheese

Peel and chop potatoes, onion and mushrooms.

Finely chop leek.

Boil potatoes till tender; drain.

Mash with butter, lowfat milk, salt, pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Fry leek and onion gently till softened.

Add mince and fry till browned.

Drain off excess fat.
