Australian Chicken Wraps Recipe

   Clean and flatten chicken fillets.

   Wipe dry with kitchen roll.

   In the center, place (per fillet) 1/2 garlic, 1 sun-dry tomatoes minced small, 4/5 basil leaves.

   Roll up chicken and wrap mozzarella cheese around the fillet.

   Finally, keeping all together with toothpicks, wrap bacon around the whole fillet.

   Please on a baking tray and place in the oven at 220 degrees for approximately 45 min till cheese has melted and golden.

   Serves two but can increase fillets to accommodate more people.
