Ingredients: 3 pounds Ground Beef; 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper; 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk; 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1/4 cups Cornmeal; 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion; 1 whole Egg; 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard; Dash Pepper; Flour; 1 Package Spaghetti Sauce Mix; 2 cups V 8 Juice

3 pounds Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cups Cornmeal
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion
1 whole Egg
1- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Dash Pepper
Flour
1 Package Spaghetti Sauce Mix
2 cups V 8 Juice

Mix together 1st 10 ingredients.

Then roll into balls.

You can make them whatever size you like.

I make mine around the size of a golf ball.

You can go bigger or smaller.

Put some flour in a bowl and one at a time roll your meatballs in the flour and shake off any excess flour.

Then heat a frying pan with just enough oil to coat the pan.

Brown the meatballs but dont cook them all the way through.

Remove meatballs to a paper towel and drain.

Then you will need to get a large cooking pot.

Add your meatballs to the pan.

Over the top, sprinkle on your spaghetti sauce mix and add your 2 cups V-8 juice.

I usually add all of the V-8 juice from the bottle.
