Ingredients: 7 Tablespoons Salted Butter, Divided; 3 Large Eggs; 3/4 cups Unsweetened Milk Substitute (I Use Dream Blends Coconut Almond & Chia); 1-1/2 cup Almond Flour; 1/2 cups Kraft Grated Parmesan (Powdery Kind In Green Tub); 1/2 cups Flax Seed Meal; 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast (Optional, Adds Flavor); 2 teaspoons Gluten Free Baking Powder (I Use Rumford Double Acting); 1/4 teaspoons Glucomannan (Konjac Root Powder) Or Xanthan Gum; 1/4 teaspoons Spike's All Purpose Spice Blend, Unsalted (or Spices Of Choice); 1/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 425u00b0F. Place 1 tablespoon of the butter in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet and place in oven for butter to melt.

In a medium mixing bowl, melt remaining butter in the microwave. Add eggs and milk substitute, whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well again.

Carefully remove hot skillet from oven (do not touch skillet with your bare hands!). Tilt the pan to get the butter all over the bottom. Pour the batter into the skillet, and smooth the batter out with your spoon or spatula.

Bake 20 minutes, or until top is beginning to turn golden, and edges are browning. Use a toothpick to test the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.

Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting. The bread will be very moist. Leftovers may be frozen.
