2 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork or ground sausage
2/3 cup toasted breadcrumbs
1 egg
2/3 cup baby carrots; minced
2/3 cup celery; minced
1 1/3 cup onion; minced
1 bell pepper; small dice
2 jalapenos; minced
6 clove garlic; minced
1 tbsp ginger; peeled and finely minced
3 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp lemon peel seasoning
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 salt and white pepper

Saute veggies in a large saute pan with both oils.
