1 kg ribs (cut 5 cm wide)

250 ml water
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp minced ginger

Fry the ribs in vegetable oil until all the meat turns brown.

Bring the sauce into boil in a big sauce pan.

Cook in small heat for about 60 to 90 minutes until the ribs are tender and the water thickened.
