Asian Spinach Chicken Salad With Bowtie Pasta

   In a small saucepan put almonds, butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the mixture begins to stick together.

   Set aside, let cool.

   When cool, the nuts can be broken apart.

   Cook pasta, drain and set aside to cool.

   Cook chicken, cut into bite sized pieces.

   Rinse and dry spinach leaves.

   Mix all dressing ingredients together, stir.

   In a large bowl add spinach, pasta, chicken and almonds. When you are ready to serve, stir dressing again, pour it onto the salad and toss. Enjoy!
