Ingredients: 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese; 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese; 2 eggs; 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained; 1 tsp. salt; 1 1/2 tsp. oregano; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 2 jars spaghetti sauce; 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked); 1 c. water

1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 c. water

Mix cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese (reserve 1 cup for topping), eggs, spinach, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl. In greased 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 of cheese mixture.

Repeat, then top with remaining noodles. Add remaining sauce.

Top with reserved Mozzarella cheese.

Pour water around edge of pan.

Cover with foil tightly.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until bubbly.

Let stand before serving.
