1 lb Beef flank or possibly round steak
2 Tbsp. Corn oil
1/4 c. Slivered orange peel
1 cl Chopped garlic
1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
2 Tbsp. Corn starch
1 c. Cold beef broth
1/4 c. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Dry sherry
1/4 c. Orange marmalade
1/2 tsp Crushed dry red pepper

In Wok medium heat oil: Add in meat 1/3 at a time.Stir fry 3 min or possibly till browned.

Return all beef to Wok.
