Combine following ingredients for the steak marinade: soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, juice and zest of orange, fresh minced ginger, sliced green onions in a plastic bag. Add the steak, seal bag and marinate at least 2 hours. Heat grill and cook steak 8 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness. Remove from the grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve steak over the sesame slaw.
