Soy sauce; 2 tsp Wholegrain mustard; 1 Tbsp. Clear honey Salt and freshly grnd pepper; 1 tsp Sesame seeds

4 x Salad onions, diagonally sliced
1 x Red pepper, de-seeded and sliced

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or possibly wok.

Fry the bacon and salad onions for 4-5 min over a moderate heat,stirring occasionally.

Add in the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 4-5 min.

Transfer to a warmed serving plate and serve immediately with rice or possibly noodles.

As an alternative, for a firmer bite, use 2 bacon steaks cut into thin strips instead of the bacon rashers.
