1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 large white onion
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 garlic cloves (minced finely)
3/4 cup apricot nectar
2/3 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Simmer on medium-low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes, until pork is done to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and sauce is reduced and thickened.
