Slivered almonds; 1/2 c. Water chestnuts; 3 x Radishes, sliced in thin Circlets; 2 x Green onions, finely minced; 1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Salad oil Pepper to taster, freshly grnd; 1/4 tsp Sugar; 1 sm Garlic clove, crushed

One, (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke Hearts
1 sm Head romaine lettuce, torn
2 Tbsp. Roasted red peppers, julienned
1 bn , bean or possibly alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c. Slivered almonds
1/2 c. Water chestnuts
3 x Radishes, sliced in thin Circlets
2 x Green onions, finely minced
1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Salad oil Pepper to taster, freshly grnd
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 sm Garlic clove, crushed

Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade.

In a bowl, combine artichokes, lettuce, red peppers, sprouts, almonds, water chestnuts, radish, onion & cheese.

Set aside.

In a jar w/ a tight fitting lid, combine the rest of the artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, pepper, sugar & garlic.

Cover & shake well.

Pour dressing over salad.
