4 x Large eggs

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour sifted

13 ounce marshmallow cream
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
4 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. nuts minced

Using electric mixer, and in a large bowl, cream butter.

Slightly beat Large eggs and add in to butter.

Mix well.

Add in coconut sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla, and nuts; mix together.

This is a heavy batter.

Don't beat.

Spread batter in greased 9x13x2 inch pan.

Bake at 350 iF for about 45 min.

As soon as cake is taken from oven, spread marshmallow creme over top.

Cold for 20 min.

To prepare frosting, mix together all frosting ingredients, except nuts, using slow speed of mixer.

Pour over marshmallow creme.

Top with nuts.
