1/2 c. margarine
6 oz. seasoned stuffing mix
1 medium onion, chopped
6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced or chopped
3 whole chicken breasts or 6 singles
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
fresh broccoli

Melt margarine and saute onion and mushrooms in frying pan. Add seasoned stuffing and stir to mix.

Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup and shredded cheese in small bowl.

Cook chicken breast on medium temperature, covered, in microwave for 3 minutes.

Turn and continue cooking at 2 minute intervals until done.

Do not overcook, then cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.

Wash broccoli and cut off top 2 inches.
