1 3/4 c. Flour -- sifted
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Margarine
3/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1/2 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 c. Raisins -- boiled and liquid removed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 7 x 11 inch jelly roll pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, spices and salt.

In another bowl, cream together margarine and sugar.

Add in egg to margarine mix and beat till light and fluffy.

Add in the egg mix, one spoonful at a time to the dry ingredients, stirring just sufficient to blend well.

Add in the raisins.

Turn into the prepared pan and bake 25 - 30 min.

Let cold for 10 min then cut into 24 squares.
