Applesauce Cocoa Cookies Recipe

   1 Tablespoons ts baking pwdr 1/3 cu up sugar replacement; -(granulated)

   2 c cake flour1/2 ts sp grnd cinnamon1/2 ts sp baking soda1 c unsweetened applesauce

   1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

   Grease cookie sheets.

   2 Cream together shortening and sugar replacement.

   Add in egg and blend well.

   3 Sift all dry ingredients together and add in alternately with applesauce and water to creamed mix.

   Be sure to add in flour first and last.

   4 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 min.
