Applesauce

   Combine water, lemon juice, and apples in a large sauce pan. Bring to boil, covered, over high heat, reduce heat and cook until apples are tender, about 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes or until apples are reduced to the consistency you like.

   Add sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
