2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 c. Lowfat milk
3 x Egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
4 med Baking apples, peeled, sliced
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, diced
1/3 c. Sugar
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Pie crust, (9 inch), double crust Lowfat milk

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.

Stir in lowfat milk till smooth.

Cook and stir over medium-high heat till thickened and bubbly.
