apple stuffed pork chops

   on the pork chops cut opposite end of the fat side

   cut a small opening but cut bigger inside dont cut al the way through

   stuu with two pieces of apple

   add butter pat inside next to the apple

   stick the stuffed chops fat side down in pan turn on heat cover and let cook

   after the chops turn color add onions on top

   let cook for a bit till liquid is seen well add apple cider bring to boil let cooked covered for 10 minutes boiling

   in a pan add oil get hot add chops laying on side carmalize both sides reserve liquid of chops for corn and cauliflower recipe
