Cheezy Baked Tomatoes

   Remove top of tomato, approximately 1/4-inch, and scoop out bulk pulp.

   Do not scrape to the outer wall; leave some tomato intact.

   Cut very thin slice from bottom of tomato (1/16th-inch) to allow each tomato to sit on baking pan and not roll.

   Divide Parmesan cheese and place in each tomato; repeat with shredded cheese.

   Reserve small amount of bacon drippings and season each tomato before adding crumbled bacon to each.

   Bake in oven or on grill at 350u00b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes or until tomato skin begins to wrinkle.
