3 cups cooked rice (Jasmine prefered)
4 cups chopped apples
1 cup raisins
3 eggs
2 cups half and half
1/2 c. rum
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamon
1 pinch salt
2 T. flour
2 T. butter-melted

Combine rice, raisins and apples in a large bowl. Combine well.
