Apple, Raisin, Walnut Cake

   Beat oil and eggs together until foamy; add sugar and vanilla. Continue to beat.

   Add apples, beating slightly; set aside.

   Sift flour, soda, salt and spices.

   Add raisins and walnuts to flour mixture.

   Add flour mixture to egg mixture, beating slightly. Bake at 350u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
