2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter, cut into chunks
1 cup crushed corn flakes

1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 Land O Lakes Egg (white only)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
