Preheat the oven at 400F.

To make the crust:

use a food processor to combine

2 cup plus 1 tbsp flour

mix, then add 3/4 c of Crisco and food process until crumbly small.

Mix 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp flour and 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp water and mix until dough can form a ball on top of the blades. Cut the dough in half and roll it out on top of flour. Handle as lightly and as little as possible. Place one pie crust on the bottom of a the pie pan.

Place apples on pie crust, and add in the flour and sugar mixture with the apples.

Drizzle 1 tbsp orange juice on the apples.

Add pats of butter on top of the apples.

Place top shell on and seal the edges. Fork the top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and cook for 40-50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
