Ingredients: Apple Pan Cake-; 2 cans Apple pie filling; 2 Cups flour; 1 cup sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. baking Soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 eggs beaten slightly; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 2/3 cup cooking oil; 3/4 cup chopped walnuts-divided; Sour cream topping; 2 cup sugar; 1 cup sour cream; 1 tsp Soda; Combine ingredients in a sauce pan.; Cook over Med. Heat stirring constantly until mixture comes; to a boil. Remove from heat, pour over warm cake.; Note: Cherry, Peach, Apricot, Pineapple, filling may be substituted.

1 cup sour cream

evenly in pan. Bake @ 350o for 40-50 min. Prick warm cake
