Apple Oatmeal Coffee Cake

   Make cake as directed on package. Add apples and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, pour into a greased and floured (9x13 inch and 9x9 inch pans or 14x10inch jelly roll pan). Mix quick cook oats, butter, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to make crumb topping. Sprinkle crumbs over apple batter mixture, run a knife thru batter mixture - you will want some crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it, may have to bake longer, it is a little difficult to tell with apples.
