Apple Nut Cake

   Mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

   Sift dry ingredients; blend with first mixture.

   Add apples and pecans.

   Pour into a greased and floured pan.

   Place in a cold oven.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
