1 x (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, well liquid removed

Beat Large eggs; add in oil and vanilla and beat well.

Sift dry ingredients together; add in to egg mix and mix well.

Stir in fruit and nuts.

Batter will be thick.

Pour into well-greased 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.

Cold in pan 30 min.

Remove from pan and cold on wire rack.

Cake is delicious plain or possibly with cream cheese frosting.
