All Bran Extra Fiber; 1 c. lowfat buttermilk; 3/4 c. applesauce; 1/4 c. egg beaters 99% egg substitute; 1/4 c. prune puree (Lighter Bake); 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 x apple diced (I leave the skin on); 1/2 c. wheat flour; 1/2 c. oat flour; 1/2 c. Quaker Multigrain (can be found in a canister with the Quaker Oats); 1 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 c. All Bran Extra Fiber

Mix All Bran Extra with wet ingredients and brown sugar.

Bake at 400 degrees for 16 min.
